Photos of the exact setup area are required prior to booking approval to ensure safe placement.

Timing
• We arrive 1–2 hours before your scheduled start time for setup & temperature prep.
• Sauna stove cool down takes approximately 2–4 hours (weather dependent).
• All use must stop at the scheduled end time to allow for safe shutdown.

Site Requirements
• Cold Plunge: Requires access to an electrical outlet & safe fill/drain location.
• Sauna: Wood-fired & requires a clear, fire-safe space.
• Water and/or electricity can be provided for an additional charge if not available onsite.

Deposit Required:
A deposit is required upon booking approval and is applied toward the total rental cost.
Deposits are fully refundable with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Remaining balance is due upon arrival prior to setup.
